01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the o9bit platform, including the website accessible at https://o9bit.bio, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and all related services provided by o9bit ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the o9bit Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and o9bit with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the o9bit Platform, identified by a unique mobile number and secured by a password chosen by the Player.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus BDT amounts awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the o9bit Platform are conducted.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the o9bit Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, referring to mobile payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the o9bit website, all associated mobile interfaces, the game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, account management dashboard, and all related features and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount awarded.
• "Verification" means the process by which o9bit confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership in accordance with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the o9bit Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. o9bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the o9bit Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or in conjunction with other persons — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. o9bit employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any balances forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred MFS payment method. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. o9bit is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence or the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. o9bit makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk and responsibility.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. o9bit will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify o9bit support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All bets, transactions, and actions taken through your Account are your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any person who gains access to your Account with or without your knowledge. o9bit will not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

o9bit reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), proof of age, and confirmation of the MFS account used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your registered MFS payment method following standard verification checks. Accounts that are self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

o9bit currently accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied and no additional transaction fee is charged by o9bit on MFS deposits. Standard charges applied by the MFS provider to outgoing transfers remain the responsibility of the Player.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit set by o9bit, though individual MFS providers impose their own transaction limits which apply independently. Players may set personal deposit limits from their account settings as part of o9bit's Responsible Gaming tools.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the MFS account that was used to make the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. o9bit aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the MFS provider's processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all pending bonus funds and any associated winnings. Real-money funds deposited independently of any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.

5.5 Suspicious Transactions

o9bit operates full AML monitoring on all deposit and withdrawal activity. Transactions that trigger AML controls may be delayed pending review. o9bit reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law, and to freeze account balances during an active investigation without prior notice to the Player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by o9bit are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering progress is tracked in real time and can be reviewed in your account dashboard. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering — live casino games, video slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

o9bit monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to low-variance gameplay designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and the use of betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is detected, o9bit reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and refuse future promotional eligibility.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to track the expiry dates of any active bonuses.

6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

o9bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect wagering progress already accumulated by Players who have opted in prior to the change being announced.

07 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the o9bit Platform is governed by its own set of rules provided by the respective Game Provider. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. o9bit displays the RTP (Return to Player) percentage and applicable rules for each game in the game information section.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on o9bit, including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, golf, and virtual sports, are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the betting rules section of the Platform. These rules govern settlement of bets in cases of match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal, and other exceptional circumstances.

7.3 Malfunctions & Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during a game or bet placement, o9bit reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. o9bit is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control, including failures on the part of Game Providers or MFS platforms.

7.4 Final Results

The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All game results are final once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed on the Platform. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o9bit Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with MFS providers for transactions that were validly processed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the o9bit Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other proprietary materials, is the intellectual property of o9bit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of o9bit.

All game content is licensed from the respective Game Providers and remains their exclusive intellectual property. o9bit's licence to you does not extend to any rights in game content beyond what is necessary for standard gameplay on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o9bit and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

o9bit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit o9bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

o9bit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at o9bit.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and MFS account details — is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. o9bit does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

o9bit uses SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols. Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks, and o9bit cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Responsible Gaming

o9bit is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its player base. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your total spending on the Platform. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Initiate a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended, and all promotional communications cease immediately.

13 Amendments to This Agreement

o9bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, o9bit will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. o9bit recommends checking this page at least once per calendar quarter to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable in the context of online gaming services operating in the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between you and o9bit, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. o9bit aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, o9bit and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other formal dispute resolution mechanism. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
